Semaj' Donnell Byrd

Semaj Byrd is a passionate performer hailing from Cape Canaveral, Florida, and currently based in Boston. As a proud Black man and first-generation college student, Semaj brings depth, resilience, and authenticity to every stage he steps on. His journey fuels his passion for telling stories that reflect the  complexity of communities that don’t always see themselves centered in the spotlight.

When he’s not on stage, you can find him playing volleyball with friends, catching the latest at AMC Theatres (he’s an A-List member and takes those points very seriously), or finding new ways to stay inspired by the world around him.

 

 

Semaj is always ready for the next stage, the next audience, and the next story waiting to be told.
